张良勋 1941年生，字伯耀，号若水，安徽宿县人，1961年毕业于安徽艺术学院美术系。研修中国画专业。1965年从事新闻工作。现为中国书法家协会理事、安徽省书法家协会主席、安徽省文史馆馆员、安徽省书法家函授院院长。
　　六十年代，张先生从事美术创作和书籍插图。他的版画《丰收时节》、《乡村姐妹》同时参加国庆十五周年全国美展并赴欧、亚、非多国展出，获奖。

　　七十年代以来，张先生主要致力于书法研究。学书从二王入手，上至钟繇、张芝、汉隶秦篆；下对欧、颜、虞、柳、张旭、怀素、苏、黄、米、蔡、赵子昂、文征明、祝枝山无不苦心研习。特别于王羲之、苏东坡黄庭坚、米芾的法贴和章草、行书、行草、大草方面下过较深的功夫。他的书法作品参加历届全国书展，全国性的各种大型书展、国际书展、中日书法联展、中外书法展、中国明、清、现代书法赴日巡展等。作品被中外博物馆或文化机构多家收藏，全国多家出版社出版或刻入多处名胜碑林。张先生曾多次特邀担任全国书法展、赛的评委。

Zhang liangxun,m,born in Su County,in 1947 graduated in 1961 from the Fine Arts Department of Anhui University,His major being Chinese traditional painting.He has being involved with the media since 1965,now a member and deputy chairman of the council of Anhui Association of the Chinese calligraphers.Mr.Zhang engages in art work creation and illustrated the pictures in a publish book in 1980.His engaving art especially the "Harvest Season" and "Rural Sister" were chosen for the National Day Art Exhibition.
